Privacy Policy

Who we are. Eco Sparkle Cleaning is a commercial property maintenance and landscaping company operating in the Greater Houston area of Texas.

What we collect

The only personal information we collect from this website is what you type into the quote request form: your name, company, email address, phone number, the city or area your property is in, the service you’re interested in, approximate square footage, and anything you write in the message box.

We do not run analytics, advertising pixels, or visitor tracking of any kind on this site. We do not build profiles of visitors, and we do not know who you are unless you contact us.

Why we collect it

Solely to respond to your request — to contact you, schedule a walkthrough, and prepare a quote. We do not use it for anything else.

How we use and share it

We do not sell, rent, or trade your information. We share it only where necessary to run the business: with the crew or subcontractor assigned to your property, and with the service providers that carry our email and any form-delivery service we use. Those providers process the information on our behalf. We may also disclose information where the law requires it.

How long we keep it

Quote requests are kept for as long as we may reasonably need them for follow-up and for our business records. You can ask us to delete yours at any time.

Third parties this site contacts

To keep this honest, here is every outside service your browser may contact when you load a page here:

• Google Fonts — supplies the typefaces. Google receives your IP address as part of that request.
• Pexels — supplies some of the photography. Pexels receives your IP address as part of that request. Our own photographs and all illustrations are stored on our server, and the site falls back to those if a Pexels image cannot load.

Neither sets cookies on this site, and neither receives anything you type.

Your choices

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Call or text us and we’ll take care of it. If you are a Texas resident, the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act may give you additional rights; we honour those requests regardless of where you live.

Children

This is a business-to-business site. It is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Security

The site is served over HTTPS. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, and we can’t guarantee absolute security, but we take reasonable steps to protect what you send us.

About this site

This website is provided for information. Using it doesn’t create a contract between us, and nothing on it is an offer or a binding quote.

Quotes and pricing

Prices shown or discussed here are estimates. A binding price comes only from a written scope and quote we issue after walking your property. Quotes are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise, and assume reasonable access to the property and working utilities.

Services

Work is performed to the written scope agreed with you. Anything outside that scope is quoted separately and requires your approval before we do it.

Insurance

We carry commercial general liability coverage. A certificate of insurance is available on request and can name your ownership or management entity as additional insured.

Accuracy

We work to keep this site accurate and current, but we make no warranty that it is free of errors or omissions. Photographs and illustrations on this site are representative and do not depict specific past projects unless captioned otherwise.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Eco Sparkle Cleaning is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of this website. This does not limit any liability that cannot lawfully be limited, and does not affect the terms of a signed services agreement.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, and any dispute is subject to the courts of Harris County, Texas.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version posted here is the one that applies.

Cookie Policy

This website does not use cookies.

We set no cookies of our own, and we run no analytics, advertising, or tracking scripts. There is no consent banner here because there is nothing to consent to.

Your browser stores nothing from this site between visits. The only outside requests your browser makes are for fonts and photographs, described in the privacy policy above; those services receive your IP address, which is unavoidable for any request over the internet, but they do not set cookies here.

If we ever add analytics, we will update this page and add a consent banner before turning it on.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Recurring service

Recurring agreements run month to month unless your contract says otherwise. Either of us may cancel with 30 days’ written notice. You are billed for service performed up to the cancellation date; we don’t charge an early-termination fee.

One-time and project work

For scheduled one-time jobs — turnovers, deep cleans, post-construction, pressure washing, seasonal grounds work — please give us at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule so we can reassign the crew. Cancellations inside 48 hours may be charged up to 50% of the quoted price where we cannot backfill the slot.

Deposits

Where a deposit is required for a large project, it is refundable in full if you cancel more than 7 days before the scheduled start.

If you are not satisfied

Tell us within 48 hours of the visit and we will return and correct the work at no charge. That is our first remedy and it resolves the overwhelming majority of issues. If a re-clean does not resolve it, we will credit or refund the portion of the invoice covering the affected work.

Missed visits and access

If our crew cannot get access at the scheduled time and we were not notified, the visit may be billed as performed. If we miss a scheduled visit, that visit is not billed and we make it up or credit it.

Weather

Exterior work — pressure washing and grounds — may be rescheduled for weather at no charge to you.

Accessibility

We want this site usable by everyone. It is built to be navigable by keyboard and by screen reader: text has been checked for colour contrast, every image carries a text description, form fields have proper labels, and the page structure uses real headings and landmarks.

We aim to meet WCAG 2.1 Level AA. If any part of this site is difficult for you to use, call or text us and we will help you directly and fix the problem.
